Drawing upon my own experiences, I lead workshops and speaking engagements designed to empower individuals to navigate, and transform, life's challenges—practically, spiritually, and emotionally. I share insights gained from my journey with breast cancer, the BRCA gene, and ovarian cancer previvorship, raising awareness and funds along the way. With a particular passion for exploring identity and “womanhood,” I guide participants in discovering their authentic truths, creativity, and resilience.

FLAGSHIP WRITING WORKSHOP: Turning Pain into Art

Does your pain have something to say to you? In this workshop, we combine the power of writing with my background as a Reiki Healer to help you tap into your inner magic, creativity, and emotional truth. Through guided prompts, we bring life to the character of your pain, a process which can become a gateway for healing and creativity, allowing whatever is waiting to flow out to be expressed in powerful, transformative ways.
